cpu? no lol cpu temps are fine. XD i have no problems with cpu temp since they are the same as they wer with old PSU.

Just mobo temp (system temp).

My system was the same before with old PSU as now with new PSU.
- Intel Dual core E6300 2.80Ghz (oc)~ 3.2Ghz
- Asus P5QPL-AM
- 2Gb Ram 800mhz
- Ati Radeon HD 4650 1Gb (oc)~ 715/515
- Tv Tuner card
- Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 (push config)
- 1 rear case fan (pull config)

The increase in temps i noticed with Speedfan , also same readings on HWmonitor and same temp in Bios.

I know this is off topic but I just don't want anyone not getting the wrong information here. We are here to help and not misinform anyone.

most likely true but it depend on the design of the system.

If you are generating 100W on your system before changing to a more powerful PSU, you would still be generating 100W unless you change someting. More powerful PSU means it can support your system if it want to drain more power but not increases your drain if you only need a certain amount.

So you can have 2000W PSU and it will not change the amount of your original draw unless you add more unit that drains more power.

tx-jose, you are also right about the 4 mil... but that require lots of volts.

Cheers to all.
