[SOLVED] New RAM causing FPS stutter

I purchased Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB RAM 3200MHz 16GB(2x8), After some initial issues all seemed ok, then when in-game I was getting this awful stuttering, bare in mind this RAM is brand new. I clocked the RAM back down to 3000MHz and still, the issue persists. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did the issue only occur after the new RAM install?
Has the RAM been installed as per the MB manual?
If so, run MEMTEST for at least 4 passes and see if it identifies any faults.

In the meantime what is the rest of your system specification?

So it turns out that a lot of people are having the issue since the new update of iCUE, I clocked back the update and it works perfectly fine.
