Installed new ram into my motherboard and now both the new and old ram will get my pc to boot then get stuck on the boot up screen. I can’t access the Bios settings either as the keyboard inputs wont work.

The motherboard is an asus tuf B550m-plus and the ram is G skill ripjaws 32 gb DDR4

Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If you're working with both old and new ram, mixing and matching...stop and revert tot he old ram kit.

Speaking of rams, please pass on a link to both the new and old ram kits. BIOS version for your motherboard? If you can't get the system to post with the old kit of ram, make sure they're in slots A2 and B2, and clear the CMOS.

You do the latter by disconnecting from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain residual power. Replace the CMOS battery after 30mins.
