New Rig 1000 Euro Maxed Out Graphics

Ok,I want to build a Computer for my friend and his budget is 1000 euros

and he Don't plan to overclock or something like that.

He Wants to Play The upcoming Games on maxed out graphics on 60 fps.

his monitor 1920x1080.

He Need only 500 Gb hdd.

800W= For Future Upgrades, so that your friend can continue to max out games without having to upgrade his PSU.

EDIT: 1TB will last you ALOT longer then 500GB, also if games get updates and such, 500GB may only last you 2-4 years. With 1TB it can last you all the way up to about 8 years, so if you continue to upgrade your Graphics Card, after 8 years your CPU will bottleneck your Graphics Card IF you decide to upgrade your Graphics Card over the 8 years, but after your done with that Computer, you can build a new one without having to buy a new HDD. But for now the i5 shouldn't bottleneck any video cards for the next 5-6 years.
EDIT 2: The 'K' and the Hyper 212 Evo are for if he wants to keep his comp but plans to upgrade his video card without having a bottleneck he can just overclock his CPU and the bottleneck will be gone. (I would recommend overclocking his CPU in the next 5-6 years to prevent any bottlenecking.)
