[SOLVED] New RX 580 no signal to monitor

today i bought new sapphire rx 580 pulse 8gb. after plugging it in with 6+2 pin PCIE connector. i get no signal from monitor. gpu fans are spinning.single power beep from speaker. its connected via dvi cable. cable is not faulty i tried different ones. other gpus work flawlessly. cpu is ryzen 5 2600 with no onboard graphics. psu is 620w 80+ certified. motherboard is asus prime b450m-k. tried updating bios with no luck. cables are properly seated. i also tried uninstalling existing drivers. i previously used rx 560 with no problems whatsoever. any help is appreciated.

I have had all 3 of my Sapphire RX580 8GB Nitro+ in RMA , latest is in RMA due to no detection of the monitor input ports.

Yikes, that is quite a hell of a crapshoot problem, hopefully, they patch the drivers with something preventative to help not cause further people to RMA.
