Please help
I built a Ryzen 5 1600 computer with MSi B350m Mortar Arctic, 16gbs of 2400mhz GSkill memory, 750w Seasonic X Series power supply. It powers on fine, lights turn on, on fans, led strip, case, motherboard leds etc, but there is no display on my monitor. My DVI cable IS plugged in my GTX 980 Gigabyte graphics card, not the motherboard. All my psu cables are plugged in fine. It just doesn't boot into the Windows 10 USB I'm borrowing, and which I know works.
I can't even do bios updates/flashes as the pc won't go past the blank screen.
I'm thinking I should set up my ssd with windows on a working computer, then see if this pc will boot from that ssd.
Thanks for help in advance.

Solution
Try resetting CMOS by using a jumper on clr_cmos pins or removing a battery for a few minutes then put it back. Unplug the PC from the wall beforehand, of course. Then try again.

If your monitor can use multiple inputs, make sure it is configured to use DVI input. You can also try to use HDMI or DP or whatever else your GPU has, simply to prove that it can display image. If your monitor has no HDMI, connect your GPU to TV just for test.
I have tried it but no bueno 🙁 I got it only one time to boot but then i moved places because it was in the wrong one for dual channel and now its like it was again...

I've already done that. I guess no pubg for me lol.
