Hi,
i recently build a new pc. I used this components:
Ryzen 5 2600;
Sapphire nitro plus Rx 580 4GB ;
Gskill trident Z 16GB 3000mhz;
Watercooled on 120mm radiator;
Msi b450 gaming pro carbon;
Thermaltake Hamburg 530W

I did change the boot sequence and the xmp profile to 2 -> get my ram at the standard frequency and i changed the CPUfancurve to 100% all the time to power my Pump. I didnt OC anything and installed all drivers properly.
When i stresstest the Ryzen everything is fine but sometimes it randomly freezes and the screen is black. For example a few minutes ago i booted and watched a few vids on youtube and it randomly froze. I forced a shutdown and restarted the pc and checked the temp, it was at 37°C and i think the crash was not because of overheating.
What can i do to find out what causes this issue or to fix it?

the problem is that i cant test if it crashes, i will try to change some settings as shown in some tutorials. The PSU is from my old pc and it is just about 1/2 year old and i basically just changed my mainboard, cpu and ram so it should have about 95W less load.

Does it black screen requiring a power down from the PSU? If that is the case, how many monitoring software's do you have installed? I know Ryzen boards had issues with multiple software's all fighting to monitor the system. I had a hell of a time getting that sorted when I got my original system setup.

However, if that's not the case, I'd start with that PSU. It could be a little light in it's power delivery. Do you happen to have anything more powerful lying around? When I built my first Ryzen system, I didn't go with anything less than 750W, and at least a gold + rating.

Have you checked through the Events log? Sometimes that can give an idea of what might cause it. I generally don't find it too helpful, as it can take some research based on the code it gives...assuming it gives one. That's another suggestion to try. Next time it crashes, as soon as you get back into windows, check that and see if it gives a red X event, then hit up google.
