So a couple of days ago (as of when this is posted) I went ahead and swapped out some parts. So, here is my build now
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (using stock cooler)
MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk
RAM: Crucial Ballistix sport DDR4 16gb 2400mhz
GPU: RX 590 Red Devil
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Storge: WD 1tb Blue & WD 1tb Black. OCZ Agility 240gb SSD
Anyone mind recommends any good CPU coolers or anything to swap out with. So with the crashing, it's been happening when I had my i5 4690k before I upgraded. I would just be randomly doing things like playing some games and my system would just freeze and I would have to reset my pc. Is this a problem with my psu?

What are CPU and GPU temps exactly in games?

I would try to clear CMOS and update the BIOS to the latest version.

Sometimes failing storage devices can cause freezing. Given this is an OCZ SSD, I suspect it is older.
The CX750M should be fine for a 3600 and RX590.

My BIOS is updated to the latest version (currently). In games, my GPU would be around 60-70 degrees when playing certain games. My CPU would be around 50 to maybe 60 at times when playing intense games.
