Im looking to gut my machine and these parts i want to use.

I got about £400 to spend on these three parts. can anybody suggest any alternate setups for the same budget? I use it for gaming surfing and media. Eventually ill have two monitors running. I also want to use my existing nvidia 8800gts 320mb, will this card do the rest justice?
