Question New SSD causing BIOS to crash ?

Yesterday I updated most of my hardware; new GPU, Processor, motherboard, and an NVME SSD. Everything was working rather well up until I installed the SSD. Now I am having issues with everything being slow/stuttering. Whenever I try to access BIOS to make sure my load order is proper, the computer turns off before BIOS can be opened. I'm currently planning on using @bios to change my load order but before I try I was wondering if any of you had any ideas?

Thank You

Check your MB's manual, on some MBs some SATA ports are disabled or interfering with M,2. Try other SATA ports.
