So i bought a new SSD yesterday ( SSD 1TB Silicon Power A55 ) ( Had a 120GB WD Green before that ) installed windows new and all the drivers, installed 2 games on it and everything worked fine ( have 750GB free ). at the end of the day it started lagging really hard i couldnt turn off my pc and stuff like that i restarted and everyting was slow, í took 20 seconds to open the explorer and stuff like that the day after i did a userbenchmark test and it didnt even recognzie my SSD ( https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/64152528 ), i did a SSD benchmark (can't send a picutre here): the read was 54.06mb/s and the write was 324,37mb/s. 4 minutes after that everything started running normally again and i did another userbenchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/64153114, this time it found my ssd and it said that it works normaly and i did a SSD benchmark again and now it said its read is: 530,64mb/s and write is 459,25. What is wrong with my ssd?

What is the S.M.A.R.T values of the ssd ?

info - here is how you can retrieve this data:

  • Install the tool CrystalDiskInfo
  • When the program window is open:
    • Select decimal number format from menu (easier for human to interpret than hexadecimals)
    • Copy text to clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C.
  • Go to this forum, then paste the text (Ctrl+V). Also, please enclose the pasted text in code tags so that it is more pleasant to read.

[edit]
Ok - do what Skynet says, the tools from the manufacturer is probably more reliable.

Don't use UBM to test the drive.

Use CrystalDiskMark instead.

For your screencaps, upload to imgur.com, post the link here.

Take a look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may have captured some error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the times the pc became slow.

Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) may help discover what is happening when performance slows.

Ok, let's assume the SSD is healthy. Then there are some options left - this is the order I'd adwice to troubleshoting:
  • Sata controller or cable issue. Try to replace the cable and also try to use another port.
  • Memory issue. Use Memtest86+ <link> to check RAM consistency.
  • Driver issue (long shot). See if you can manage to uninstall sata drivers and install a previous version.

tried different cable, tried that with the drivers and i dont think the ram has any problems it always worked really well its even the same brand as the new ssd

In the first run of ubm it did find the ssd it just could not complete the test.

Off topic......why are you using 2400 ram?

Regardless of the chances for ram issues is quite small, I'd still advocate for running a new test, since that is a easy and pretty non-intrusive test.
no errors, right now it works good last time it was bugged it was 6 hours ago lets see how it goes
edit: it isnt going
