New SSD, EFI partition on old ssd

I got a new ssd not that long ago, I went to go wipe the old one and it still has an EFI partition on it. I don't know what it is, and how to go about removing/merging it into my healthy boot segment on new ssd.

You can use a partition program to clone that partition to the new drive.
