Question New SSD, I can't install Windows 10 (conventionally)

I have a Crucial MX500 on its way to my house and I (a stupid 16 year old) just assumed I had a 8GB+ USB drive laying around. I have no blank discs to put in my DVD drive.

I don't.

I have no tech shops near-by to buy one either. I cleaned the money I had in my bank account for my SSD.

Is there a way I can install Windows 10 unconventionally?
Is it possible to install a small OS (on my only available flash drive; 3.7GB Maplin Flash Drive) so that I can install Windows then?
