New System Build Wont Post, Fans Running.

Hello I have recently just built my new system but it simply wont output any video, anyone got any ideas? all fans are spinning but im getting no video and no error beeps from the motherboard. I have the system connected from the GPU to the display using a HDMI lead.

System Specifications:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 845
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon 360
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2
PSU: Corsair 400W
HDD: Toshiba 1TB

Hello, I've been through the check list already, I did notice that on step 22 it mentions "If you are trying to use HDMI outputs, try using DVI or VGA instead. Sometimes the HDMI ports won't work until the correct drivers are installed" I will purchase a DVI cable today and test the system with that. and also on step 20 it mentions "Is your CPU supported by the BIOS revision installed on your motherboard?". Now my CPU is relatively new model, could that cause issue even if the both the Motherboard and the CPU are socket FM2+ ?.

The BIOS is probably NOT the issue.

I've ordered a cable and will test this on Monday, in the meantime can a motherboard even display the splash screen without a GPU as my CPU does not have integrated graphics?

With no integrated graphics, you are entirely out of luck.
