New system, ram settings wrong?

I just upgraded my PC. I now have a E6400 with Kingston pc6400 1G LL kit on an Asus P5B MB. When i boot my computer it says PC6400 ram, however when i run CPU-z and PCWizard 2007, the ram gets detected at 333Mhz. The timings at 333 are 5-5-5-15 at 1.8Volts. Any Idea why they are not recognixed by CPU-Z and PC Wizard 2007 as DDR2 800 running at 400 Mhz?

Your system is likely assigning a conservative speed/timing from the SPD, while the advertised speed/timinig is likely a manufacturer-sanctioned overclock that will have to be set manually by first increasing the memory voltage.
