So nothing happens when you press the power button? No lights on the motherboard or fans moving?

You also look like you put the rams in the wrong slots. They should be on slots A2 and B2.

You'll need to supply more info. The pictures are pretty useless. Look at other posts for examples of what is needed.

It's hard to say which one is new or old, you didn't offer up any info when it was asked of you.

You forgot to mention the make and model of the PSU, what you've stated is the advertised wattage of the unit.

Psu is: gps-700a8 smart series 700w

Sorry for the mishap, i also tried the a2-b2 ram ports and it did not fix the problem.

Yes, the exact psu, i will try it right now, gonna reply after. Motherboard is Gigabyte B560M DS3H V3.

I have reset the bios, installed the gpu back.
