If saving money is key to you, then AMD gives you the best bang for your buck. Also the 750ti wont play to many games withe descent settings, if you can find a 760. To power it I would go with a 500w-600w psu, corsairs budget line, CX and CXM do the job nicely. Also, the motherboard will depend on he CPU and the platform it is on, such as intels 1150 or AMD's AM3+
 
AMD is better price/value if you are on a tight,budget. Psu brands:: Seasonic, XFX, EVGA, CORSAIR,l. ASUS makes great mobos last long. Asrock is also good. Gpu: it depends. If u play games like battlefield and other demanding games go for amd for price value nvidia for performance ata price
 
Got it. Performance of pc will decrease tho because of dedication of funds to extras. Although if youhave a hdtv with a hdmi input and 60hz refres rate you should be fine. If you have a tv please note model or what brand and when bought
