New to overclocking

What is the best and most reliable mobofor overclocking an I7 920. Also i was looking at the I7 920 do steppimg , does "do stepping" mean the clock multiplyer has been unlocked on this chip. Planned system is:-

antec 1200 case
tagan 900w psu
asus p6t delux mobo
intel I7 920 do stepping cpu
thermalright 120 cooler
6GB corsair dominator 1600 ram
dual nvidia gtx 275 graphics card`s

Stepping refers to the revision of the manufacturing process the chip is produced on. It will still be multiplier locked. i7920s are very easy to overclock, just nudge up the blck setting, there's loads of guides around.
