New to PCs. Would this be a good system?

I have never built a computer before, I have only installed a graphics card and a power supply once. That said I was leaning to buy something that is pre-built. I have been looking around and came across this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230119

I'm just curious as to the price. Because when I have put together other systems with the GTX 1070, it always ends up around $1,400. Not sure why this is so much cheaper. Was going to go for a RX 480 but this price has me considering the 1070.

Thanks for any input.

The price is not completely terrible, but you can get BETTER components for the same price by building it yourself.

The prebuilt PC comes with a terrible psu, cheapo motherboard, reference 1070, and really just cuts costs at every chance.
