new tv flashes on and off when i use it on my pc at 60Hz

im using the only hdmi port on my 980ti, i bought a new hdmi cable and it still does it, and the tv is updated all the way

Go into the picture settings of the TV turn off all filters. Such as motion, noise, dynamic contrast, 120/240hz, &c. Also disable overscan. All those digital enhancements for video can screw up a computer connection.

Actually they ruin picture quality on TV. I turn the "enhancements" off on all inputs. Then calibrate with Disney WOW Blu Ray. As factory settings are over saturated.

i had all those disabled already and i tried disabling sli that didn't work but when i re enabled it in only flashes about once a minute now. could it be the way my audio is set up. i have my tv connected to my receiver with a optical out my the audio from my pc is coming from the hdmi. so its going from my pc through hdmi through my the optical to my receiver

That shouldn't be a problem that's how I have my audio set up. On my media PC.

i think i might have fixed it. i switched ports on the back of the tv to port 3. if it still isnt fixed ill report back

not fixed the flashing is back ive also tried changing the output color format through the nvidia control panel still nothing
