New TV Tuner not working; drivers won't install

I just built a new system with the ASUS My-Cinema PHC3-100 TV Tuner card. In Device manager it says ASUSTek Europa II Hybrid Capture Device. When I try to install the drivers from the CD, it says "No Specific Device Found" and won't install the drivers. I had Windows search for them on the web, and eventually appeared to get something, but then gave me a Code 10 "Device Will not Start".

Why won't the drivers install? Windows does recognize the device. Can anybody lead me to some drivers? Does this have anything to do with the fact that I'm running Vista x64?

Nevermind, solved it. It appears as if my card is bent or something, because when I unscrewed it from the case's PCI slot, I was able to push it farther into the motherboard, and now it works right, but it won't screw into the case because the holes don't line up. But it doesn't look like it's going anywhere, so we're good.
