New VisionTek R9 280x or USED MSI R9 280x for the same price?

So I need to buy a video card, right now through amazon I can get a New VisionTek R9 280x for $255 canadian or a Used MSI R9 280x for $265. I've heard the MSI is one of the best 280x's you can get, should I go with the crappy, new VisionTek, or go with the Used MSI?

Visiontek is a long time prime premium AMD/ATI producer. They are absolutely rock solid. I see no real reason not to get the new card.

Okay thanks. I also just saw a refurbished gigabyte r9 280x on there for the same price? Should I stick with the VisionTek or go with that one?
