Question New WD Black NVME drive randomly stops working mid PC use, fixes with restart. Is it a bad drive?

Within the last month, I upgraded my games drive for my PC to Western Digital Black NVMe 4TB. It has worked great 97% of the time but twice in the last 2 weeks it has stopped working mid-use. A simple restart and then it works fine again. It has only done this twice, but I am concerned as I have never had a drive do this before.
The first time it happened, I was backing up photos and files, the 2nd time, COD Warzone was updating and I was downloading a Steam game.

Thoughts on this? Is it a cause for concern? Should I file a return with Newegg?

After checking it's functionality and health (both file system and HW) Check your Power saving plan in Windows control panel. it's usually set to shut disks off after some time.

Reseat the drive.
