Question New Webcam changes saturation by itself and then freezes ?

I just bought a new Webcam (Hoopson WC-002) and when i try to use in any application it changes the saturation to black and white after a couple of minutes and then after a couple more minutes it freezes.

System info:
I'm using Windows 10
not sure what else is relevant here

I already tried:

• Restart PC
• Different USB port
• Allow camera access
• Allow apps to access camera
• Update drivers through device manager
• Uninstall and check for devices through device manager
• Disable Antivirus
• Disabled all non-Windows services to check if a program was interfering
• Add DWORD(32-bit) EnableFrameServerMode to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node > Microsoft > Windows Media Foundation > Platform and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows Media Foundation > Platform on the Registry.
• Running scans on cmd (don't recall them all)
• Restoring Windows to a previous state
• Tried on a different PC (Win 7) still same issue so maybe faulty cam?

Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if i should give any more system info in order to help.

Since it does the same thing on another computer, first thing to do is contact their support or return it for a better quality one.
