New z790m aorus eltie dont power on

Simple, brand new Mobo z790 M Aorus Elite rev 1.2 and brand new 15 14600k.

I built the pc, everything was working, shutdown, now, I try to start the PC and not a single sound, nothing! Just the mobo led blinking really fast... the only thing is during the BIOS UPDATE, I see a red CPU led and the orange qflash-plus blinking, but after is done updating, PC won't turn on

Anybody can help me? Please

I tried to:

• update the bios to the last one

update the bios to the first to support my 14th gen i5 cmos clear

• battery removal

• tried a different psu, same problem

• tried without cpu, ram, gpu, every scenario.

• tried to update the bios with just the psu connected

PSU(s): Make, model, wattage?

Did you use only the cables that came with the PSU being installed?

PSU is a corsair 650watt and i test it with other pc its working perfectly windows not yet installed

This motherboard (verify that I found the correct User Manual).

First read through the User Manual to verify that all installed components are supported and correctly configured.

Then work through the User Manual step-by-step to look for any errors of omission or commission when the system was being put together.

Take your time, read all fine print, pay close attention to sockets, plugs, and pins.
