Newbie to Asus

Just got my hands on an ASUS P4S800D SiS 655FX for free, brand new. I
have built computers before but using Abit boards. Never have had used
ASUS, my questions:

1. What are the shortcomings of this board if any/problems I may encounter?
(i.e. interfering cpu heatsink/fan position)

2. Links to good cpu fans for this boards cpu, not interested in OCing.
(cpu speed possibly a 3.4Ghz a minimum of 3Ghz)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

the only shot coming is the sis chipset, if you decide to
put a 66/6800gt video card you could have problems
with graphics is some games. Other than that is if a fine board.
