all new part !!

i build this system but when I play some game it become freeze and need hard reset . most of ma frens said maybe my psu is low for my build and i need to upgrade it.is it true? if its true what psu should i buy?

Your build should consume around 400w under load, maybe a little less; and your PSU is of a decent quality so it is very unlikely that it is a PSU issue. What are the temperatures of your CPU and GPU under gaming load? Try to take the temperature in a fairly intensive game.

My cpu temp i think is high because i get 68C max ingame ....
My gpu 70C max while gaming ..

is it my cpu problem?

I'm not an expert on this kind of thing but just looking at your specs all your parts are low-grade and with low grade things you experience issues. I'm thinking it could have something to do with your CPU bottle necking your video card. I don't understand how this can be all new, all these parts are outdated and out of stock now, but I digress. Even if your PSU isn't affecting anything I would recommend returning it and getting a better quality choice. 550w is more than enough for your build. I recommend upgrading your Motherboard and CPU for now though, that GPU isn't too ancient and you could probably get a year or so use out of it. Those particular games are probably freezing because the CPU and/or GPU can't handle the load or they are getting too hot. But as aforementioned I'm not an expert im just giving an educated diagnosis so don't take everything I say as absolute.

My recommendation for PSU if you choose to upgrade http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UVN20UO/ref=twister_B00NAQB7S0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Also, What case and HDD do you have and what settings are you running those games on/have you tried running them on low settings.

Thanks Alot For Your Reply 😀
yes its all new because i buy it from my frens he buy it about 2 years ago but didn't use it dont know why .. Ermm.... is it the temp of my cpu also can cause crash/freeze ?

Ah I see, hand me down parts. Second hand parts can give you a lot of problems, especially ones that are 2+ years old. It could either be that your CPU and/or GPU is getting too hot or that they just cant handle the load of those games, what resolutions are you playing at?

1600x900 .... not 2nd hand part because he didnt use it since he buy 2years ago (didnt know why) and the cpu still inside the box and never use it .... sorry for my bad english hehe 😀

Those temps are quite high for gaming, you're not too far from the maximum threshold... Did you clean the CPU and use new paste before you put the cooler on? Also, the crashing is nothing to do with components being 'ancient' and if a game crashes it's due to instability of software or hardware (temperatures), not because it isn't the latest and greatest. Infact, the Sandybridge i5 is still considered a good CPU.

Stop being passive aggressive, they are ancient and will be outdated soon with all the new releases, they asked for upgrade advice I gave it. I also stated the reason for the crashes is because of the temps. Cool your attitude dude, this isn't about one upping.
