Newegg early Black Friday deals

Are Newegg early Black Friday deals the same as an actual Black Friday deal, or do they just make prices seem low to make people buy stuff before the actual Black Friday deal comes into play?
Idk its my first time building a gaming rig and I'm just trying my best to save alot for a decent rig.

There are some deals out there I got another Gpu card on there sales but really watch the price as I wanted to add a r 280 to my cart today to crossfire it was showing 184.99 on sale 3 games ect as I put it in my cart the price went up to 249.99 so be careful.
And I don't belive the sales are the same just some better deals now then normal.
