Question Newegg graphic cards return help

Hi, I just bought a msi rtx2080ti on newegg mainly for training NN models.

After just running for one night, the graphic cards failed to run, screen blackedout and the motherboard fans ran at full speed.

I just returned the product and it's on the way. Just not sure whether I could get a full refund and if I need anything to do on my end.

@WildCard999 . The guy on the phone says the card will be issued a refund if defective and all included in the returning package.
