Newegg RMA process

Does anyone know what kind of shipping Newegg does when you get your replacement item?

It all depends. I live very close to them and sometimes I receive the item the very next day and other time it takes about a week. They seem to rely on UPS, USPS, DHL and others.

We use the same type if shipping as on the original order. If you had next day shipping on your original order, your replacement will be shipped next day as well. The carrier may change but the type will be the same.

Well before Christmas I ordered a laptop w/ 3 day shipping. Sadly had a problem (whenever I worked the pc up from sleeping opening the lid the screen was flickering) but instead of doing the 3 day return, they did a ups ground that took forever so what he just said above is true?

I bought a dash/backup cam and it is too dim to see when in sunlight. Megadream company. The response from them indicates they can type english but don't really comprehend what you say to them. They must be using a translation service.
