Newely Built PC Turns On, 1 Beep, No Display

So I just got my computer fixed after it wasn't even working at all, and so I plugged everything in, turned it on, and the fans worked, everything was lighting up etc. but my computer also gave off a beep(a short one) and my monitor said "no display". Now the beep only happens when I turn my monitor on, and I'm not really sure what the problem is now.

Check if your RAM fits in properly. Try to insert only 1 RAM in case you have multiple.
Also, in case of external graphics, check if PSU is connected and providing enough power.
