Newest Via drivers

Hey all, maybe I am missing something somehwere, but I read in one of the forums that VIA has out the 4.26 chipset drivers. I only see the 4.25a on their sight. Is there somewhere else to get them?

thay are refering to beta drivers the ones on the via site are the latest official ones. I have a copy of 4.28a if you want them let me know.

I stumbled across the via 4.28 tonight and downloaded, then tried to install. The install locked up all 3 times I tried it. DO I need to do something before I run the setup program for it? Did you run into this when you installed them? Will it really help that much? Thanks!

I did not run into any problems when i instaled them and yes they improved performance noticably for my machine. Try closing anything that is running.
