Newly built PC not working

Hello, so i just built my gaming PC and it’s seems to not be working. I’m using an Asrock B250 Gaming K4 motherboard along with an MSI 1060. I believe i have everything plugged in correctly. When i plug the power cable into the back of the PC only the motherboard comes on. I see the lights flashing but nothing else happens. The fans aren’t working and no noise is coming from the pc. If you have any suggestions I’d appreciate it maybe I’m doing something wrong idk.

Recheck all the connections and listen for some beeps or a number on the mobo, you can go to the manual and look it up
