Newly installed system, why is my Ram performing so poorly?

is my fresh benchmark after installing my new parts.

Ram is performing really poorly.

They are in dual channel so that's not a concern, I am not sure what could be causing this.

Enable the 3200 Mhz XMP profile in the BIOS
