Nextel Contract

Any help is greatly appreciated on this subject...

My company has Nextel phones. Recently, we upgraded our packages to
better accomodate our usage. It seems that we agreed to a contract
extension for this to happen and we can't use Nextel anymore because
of rural coverage reasons. Has anyone encountered this? How can they
do that when they don't have a signed document or recording of it?

Basically what I think Nextel does anytime you change your contract to
something else, it's like you pretty much sign a new contract. I'm not sure if
you get pro-rated again, thought I'm assuming you do.

More then likely it was written into your original contract that you
actually signed that this was going to happen. I asked about this
during my signon and was told the same thing.
