Anyone know a good place to get updated NHL 2004 rosters? I had found a
good site a while back but don't remember the address, might have been
nhldepot.com but that doesn't seem to work. I was wanting to start playing
some now that the nhl is back...

I found the site with that dsgamby guy's rosters, but those are horribly
flawed IMO because 1. essentially random line combinations (less of a
problem since nothing's really set right now...) and 2. unsigned free
agents staying on a team's roster (and lineup!) even if they've been out of
the nhl for years...

1. lines have not been touched because the lines can and will change
the next day due to more signings. Once the signings slow to a crawl
hopefully real soon. The lines will be fixed. Doing 10 rosters daily,
it's kinda hard and not worth it to worry about lines when the computer
uses their own lines anyways in the season and dynasty.

2. What players that are unsigned free agents that are still on their
last NHL team even though they haven't played in the NHL in years?
I leave the free agents on the respective teams until they sign
elsewhere because there is always a chance they will resign.

Try http://www.arenacenter.net/

They've got everything from arena update patches to facepatches to
roster patches. It's an awesome site to update your rosters and they
are updated almost daily these days.

Just so you know, Arenacenter's roster are DSgamby's rosters.
