I didn't prove anything. Any review on Gamerankings for Super Mario DS proves
that the DS does not have an analog controller. They all say that it tries to
emulate analog control but they all agree on the simple fact that the DS does
not have a analog controller. They also all agree that the emulation leaves
much to be desired. Why? Because trying to emulate the real thing just about
always falls short. We all might be silly for even trying to enlighten you but
your just plain good old fashioned stupid. Has anybody ever told you that your
mental state resembles a box of rocks?

Emulated analog control. Sorry the facts don't support your point of view.

According to Nintendo Power thats the definition of emulate from their preview
of the Gamecube version of Majora's Mask. Here is one from a online
dictionary.

http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dictionary/entry?id=e0120100

I like the second one which states "approach or attain equality with". From
all the reviews it sounds as if they only approached. Sorry Fred but it comes
up short and thats what every review says.

Nothing versatile about being a pain in the ass and a poor emulation. Don't be
mad though because emulations fall short in many cases.

Neither system has an analog stick. Just get over it already.

No, they stated that it emulated the N64 analog joystick. You are having

I don't have any theory. There is just the fact that the DS has analog
control. Each of your articles stated that as fact.

Um... sure, it's not true analog control. I'll give you that. But, neither
is the PSP, N64, PS2, etc, etc, etc. All of them emulate analog control.
But, they are all the same in that emulation in function. Exactly the same.
The DS has analog control. All of the reviews admit that, even reviews for
other games.

That is basically the conclusion that I came to about him sometime back, it
is not about having a discussion for him. It is all about arguing, or trying
to proving something...winning the "argument" is what it is all about for

Even arguing isn't really it. There are a couple of these "I'm right,
you're wrong so you're the troll." posters around at the moment. They
don't really argue as they don't see any other point of view than
their own, which is almost invariably a flame. They then attempt to
reply politely but with an "I know you are, you said you are but what
am I?" type of message which, if they persisted on doing on a street
corner would get them a belt in the mouth, but as they're hiding
behind a few hundred miles and a modem they can sit in their stinky
little rooms gloating over any displeasure they cause.

In the playground they would have been bullies friends, but not
bullies themselves as they're probably wimps.

It's almost like I'm bumping into him all over the place, and yet they
seem to be separate people.

Exactly. He just likes to read his own posts. It doesn't matter what the
topic is, whether he's right or wrong - or even if the discussion is about
opinions or not. He will always try to pick an argument just to hear
himself speak - or type, in this case. He'll argue that 1+1=4, if it'll
get your goat. When you try to get him to support any of his
opinions/arguments, he'll just insult you (repeatedly) while stating that
because you're stupid, his reason must be the correct one.

He's a waste of time, space, and oxygen. You really are just better off
ignoring him for being a TWIT. I did this some time ago, and I *still*
see him posting remarks to my comments, even though I've made it no secret
that I've had him plonked for months now. Just doesn't take "no" for an
answer.

Doug is just mad because he likes to spout off like he knows everything and
is very frequently wrong. It's sad that he's so bent out of shape about
that to the point that he whines about me from behind a kill file. That
says a lot about him and his intellectual honesty. You can believe what you
want.
