So about a week ago I bought a Gigabyte FORCE K-81 mechanical keyboard, advertised as having absolute NKRO on USB. Said feature was working perfectly until about 3 days ago when it just suddenly started accepting 6 keys at most. I play 7 key/8 key based rhythm games like o2jam, so having NKRO, or at least anything higher than 6K is pretty much mandatory.
I searched about my issue. Some sites said I probably pressed a key combination to disable NKRO, but afaik this keyboard has no key functions to do that, and there's no manual where I can check this; others said I probably enabled USB 3.0 on my BIOS (this kb apparently only works on 2.0) but that's not the case either, since I have 3.0 enabled and it had been working just fine (and I also tried disabling it, but that did nothing); I've also tried reinstalling the keyboard, reconnecting it on other USB ports, but nothing has worked.
I'm honestly really worried that I probably wasted my money, so any ideas on what happened are appreciated.
