im using a 3080 ti on a sony KD65X85J 65" 4k 120hz tv. the nvidia control panel only gives the option for 4k 60hz hd, or if i go to the pc section, it shows 3940 x 2160 120hz, but on the pc setting, everything is blurry, even with dsr at 4x. i have an 8k rated hdmi cable that is 5-6 feet long on the 4th hdmi port on my tv that specifies 4x 120hz. i dont know how to fix it so i have 4k HD 120hz. does anyone know how to fix this?

Which version of Nvidia's control panel/driver are you currently on for your platform? Are you using other panels in tandem with the 65" TV?

Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command and see if the issue is resolved.

only using the one 65" tv. i have the latest driver from nvidia for my gpu. control panel version 8.1.966.0 i can use the pc section at 120hz, but not in hd or uhd 4k, the only option there is 60hz no matter the settings i change on my tv. EDIT: the gpu driver is 560.81
