[SOLVED] No Accounts Available

I'm the sys admin at a company and I have a Surface Pro with Win 11 Pro installed.
I was trying to sign into our work domain. There are no local accounts on it and there isn't an "Other User" option on the sign-in screen.
How can I access Windows without any account choices?

Please advise.

I am the systems administrator.
Win 11 should have an Other User option to sign into the domain, but it does not.

I have no idea. Of course reinstalling Windows is an option.

If this tablet is a member of the domain you don't need "Other User" to log in. You really should know this as the 'systems administrator'

I have noticed something similar with Windows 10 LTSC - the only options to log-in is with domain or Microsoft account.

On your Pro: Login to the domain with user who is member of local Administrator's group, right-click on My Computer, Manage, Users and Groups, and create a local user with necessary rights.

Resolved my Microsoft Support. I needed to wipe the Surface, then reinstall Windows entirely, as there is apparently no way to create a local account without signing in with any account.
