No AMD drivers are installed or the AMD driver not functioning properly

I have a R9 390, and I recently started getting this message. I have tried reinstalling the drivers but I still get the same message. I already got rid of all AMD drivers that I had and I installed only the new drivers

If you have an igp take the r9 390 out and get rid of the amd drivers with DDU,after that reinstall the gpu and try the latest drivers again.
