[SOLVED] No Audio Coming Through 3.5mm Ports

I have no idea if this is a Windows issue, so I apologize if I put this in the wrong section.
I recently built a brand new PC (specs below). It's my first build, and I'm 90% sure everything is installed correctly. My only issue thus far has been that anytime I plug anything into the 3.5mm audio ports, no sound comes through the headset/speaker. I've tried multiple headsets on multiple devices, and they just don't work on my PC. Audio will come out of my monitor, which is connected via HDMI.

Troubleshooting:
Checked for driver updates
Windows updated to latest version (Windows 10 64 bit)
Double/Triple checked that everything is connected correctly to motherboard
Changed default audio device to different headsets

System:
Windows 10
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI GTX 1650 (LP Edition)
Asrock B450M
Seasonic S12-500W 80+ Bronze Certified
TeamGroup 512GB SATA SSD
16GB DDR4 Oloy RAM (8GBx2)
Cougar MX330

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: Upon later review (as in, 5 seconds after posting) this for sure does not belong in the Windows 10 category. Whoops!

Solution
Only real thing this can be is either the audio headers are not connected properly or simply bad on the case. Check for bent pins, can happen pretty easily. Do the audio jacks on the motherboard work?
On the lower right of the screen on the taskbar is the speaker icon. Click on it , and it should show the active output device. There is an arrow "^" on the right side right after the name. click on it and see if it shows the other output devices. I have realtek(headphones) on mine and the other monitors. In your case it should show your monitor as active and if you click the arrow it will show the headphones. If it's not there, then this confirms master hang-the-9's assessment.

I have tried this, so I'll take both of your advice and check all of the headers on my motherboard.

What is happening is your PC is using your graphics card for audio via hdmi.
Make sure you have installed the audio driver for your motherboard from the motherboard manufacturer's website. Then in Window's sound settings, you'll want to change the default audio device from hdmi (hi-def audio) to the motherboard's audio (likely Realtek).
Does not seem you have drivers installed for the sound card then. Did you check in device manager to make sure there are no errors there? Did you install the drivers from the motherboard support site?

I reinstalled drivers from Asrock's site, nothing changed. I'm thinking for the long term I might try and purchase a cheap sound card. Any thoughts/recs?
