Sorry, I am not very technologically literate. When I turn on my pc and plug in my headset it doesn't register it as an audio device. It's not a headset problem as I tried it with multiple. The only audio it has is Realtek audio 2nd Output, the computer doesn't have a speaker or anything. I tried going through my drivers and disabling and reenabling them. Tried restarting computer. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, help is super appreciated.

Try right click Sound icon, click on Sounds>Playback. Which devices are showing and do you have the right one enabled. Configure and test output.
Also check in Device Manager>Sound > see what's showing.

Also Run> Output Devices troubleshooter (Settings>System>Sound).

If you are using Windows 10, you get a troubleshooting option or audio reboot option in settings, and from there you can recover your PC audio, from past 2 months ago I also faced the same problem but finally I sorted it out.
