I've had this message for last few days and it has prevented me from hearing sound through both the speakers and headphones. I have had these two audio drivers for years(reltek high def and intel display) and they appear to be working properly, so I'm a little stumped why my laptop no longer recognises them. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, installing new ones from the website, checked the window audio to see if it's still running - no luck. I don't know what else to do.
