Question "No Audio Output Device Is Installed"

I just Formatted my pc into a new windows 10, things is, I have no audio the volume icon on the taskbar has a little x on it, I googled a fix but to no avail, I did notice however that this pc doesn't have "RealteK" so I installed that, still nothing, I even re installed windows but still nothing.

This is becoming very annoying and would like to know if any of you guys know the fix, thanks in advanced.

Go to Device Manager and check if there are any unknown devices or generic audio devices. Right click on the device and go to properties, details, hardware ID, and search that hardware ID.
