no beeps no boot and no signal,new motherboard and new ram and fan !!!!!HELP Please!!!!!

I NEED HELP

Pc Specifications

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU: AMD Phenom ii x3
GPU: 2GB Nvidia GeForce GT 630
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB (2x4GB)DDR3
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt
Cooling: ARTIC Cooling Alpine 64 Pro CPU Cooler
Case: CiT Vantage Mesh Gaming Case

my pc will not boot up at all and the fans are on and working the power is going to the motherboard with a 8pin connector i double checked everything but still no signal or bios screen i even reset the cmos.

everything is new,new fan + new motherboard + new cooler/cpu fan + ram

any advice would be very HELP FULL

Have you tried only using one stick of RAM? if it doesn't work with one stick try another stick, if that doesn't work try the old ram again. If all else fails try starting with no ram and see if you get the correct beep code.

i am currently using one ram stick and it doesnt seem to work and removing the ram doesnt give me the beep code,should i consider returning the motherboard i have also checked the compatibility of the motherboard and my cpu and it is completely compatible

ok your going to have to breadboard it, which means take everything out of the case and put the motherboard on a surface that's not conductive I.E. Wood. Keep the CPU in and plug it into the power and try turning it on make sure you plug the little MOBO speaker in. if you get a beep code put in a stick of RAM, if you can get to bios with that then you start adding one thing at a time till you figure out what caused the problem.

If this doesn't work then it's most likely the MOBO or CPU.

Don't forget to Ground yourself!

i removed everything and put it on my older acer 2006 motherboard and it worked fine i got the bios screen just fine then when put back in the brand new gigabyte motherboad it has had no effect no beeps or anything but the CPU does heat up when turned

did you take your new MOBO out of the case? it's possible it's touching the case or you have an extra standoff screw that's shorting it out.

yes the motherboard is on a wooden surface.

Then it's definitely the MOBO or CPU hard to say which though. Return the MOBO and see if that fixes the situation.

Hi. I have trouble booting my newly built pc. I have read the whole board and followed all the steps but could not rectify the problem. here is my problem. pc turns on but does not show any beeps. no display to monitor. when i press button on my dvd drive it starts opening half way and then closed down and carry on. I have done breadboarding. it give beeps when there is no ram but when i put ram (one stick)no beeps, no display cpu fan working and system fan working all right.
is it ram faulty? or?
