Question No bios no startup no screen

Hello once I decided to clean my PC with compressed air, after I did that my PC wouldn't show any image, I tried to remove GPU and used integrated one which worked. I saw on forums that restarting CMOS battery would work but after it I can't startup PC not even bios the screen doesn't do anything. So is it caused by broken MOBO and is there a fix?

resit the gpu, check all cables.

I already tried it even with integrated GPU and checked cables, nothing worked still.
