I'm surprised that windows 10 allowed you to install it at all. Your motherboard is running what's called a "legacy bios" and while Microsoft claims support, they didn't put nearly as much effort as they should have into it. Windows 10 roots itself into your motherboard firmware so it's possible that it messed with something.
What I would do is take out the hard drive that has windows 10 installed and reset the bios. Leave the drive out and see if the system will boot.
When I unhook the hardrive, my screen never turns on and it says HDMI no signal when I manually do it
Yeah, you definitely have an older motherboard if the PC won't boot without the Hard Drive. I guess you're going to need to have your hard drive hooked up.
You can reset the bios by removing the battery from the motherboard. It's small, round and silver. It should have the usual battery plus symbol on the top of it.
You can also try pressing the function and delete keys as soon as the PC starts to see if you cannot get into the bios that way.
