Question No boot after reinstalling CPU cooler

This is my first time posting in a forum like this, so if I leave anything out I apologize.

Yesterday I was working on my PC to add two more sticks of RAM (I already had 16gb (2x8gb)), but a part of the stock cooler was blocking one of my RAM ports, so I had to unseat and reaffix the CPU stock cooler. I cleaned off the old thermal paste and put the new paste on, put on the fan again, and then put in my two new sticks of RAM. I then plugged in all my peripherals and speakers, turned on the PC, and there is no boot. When I flip the power switch, a light briefly flashes once by the back panel where all my peripherals plug in, but besides that, there is no response. The CPU fan does not run, there are no other lights, nothing.

I removed the two new sticks of RAM and there is no response. I loosened the CPU cooler in case the mounting pressure was interfering with the CPU, but no dice. In the past, I had a similar issue when I attempted to replace the stock CPU cooler with another model. The installation went fine but the PC would not post/had no visuals. In that scenario, the case and CPU fans turned on but nothing else. Here, there is no response at all.

Any ideas or advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
