No boot device available

i installed a new thermaltake psu 500 watt and a new ati 5750 graphics card
the graphics card is fine and the psu is fine
but....when i start up my computer i get an error saying

No boot device available
Sata 1: none
Sata 2: none
Sata 3: none
Sata 4: none

Do you have some SATA HDDs? If so, did you firmly seat the power cable(s), and the connections to the HDDs and the board?

thanks i didnt notice the hdd to mobo cable wasnt plugged in
